4 x 5 Development Tank

USD 0.00

The free 3D Files for a 4 × 5 Dev Tank.

Best printed out of ABS or PETG

For Part T1 - Print it standing up, with Tree supports selected on buildplate only. As you will not be able to remove supports from inside the tank, however the ribs for the gasket on the outside require supports.

For Parts T3 and T4 depending on the material you print with and their expansion you may need to print these .1 to .2 percent smaller so they are a good fit

For Parts T5 and T6 if printing in PETG I have found you need to increase their size by .1 as the PETG appears to contract slightly and the film will not fit perfectly

You will need 2 lengths of 3mm x 500mm round black rubber Gasket material. I used Moroday EPDM Sponge model 2-57001A https://moroday.com.au/product/black-round-rubber-3mm-
